I'm seriously considering starting up a kickerstarter because my camera is making annoying beeping noise every time I record. Tried everything to fix it, even changing where I was recording but it didn't help. Its a Canon PowerShot A 2500 so its a few years old *cough*. It seriously needs to be updated. I think that my best camera option for my hair videos is a Canon EOS 80D Digital SLR.
